Please only use liquid products specifically designed for sterling silver when cleaning your 925 sterling silver pieces. 
 

Rose Gold, Yellow Gold and Black finished items should ONLY be cleaned with a dry polishing cloth, as liquid cleaners may damage the finish. A mild soap and lukewarm water may occasionally be used for very dirty pieces,

Please remove your jewelry prior to showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to avoid damage. Chlorine and other chemicals  may permanently damage your jewelry, while higher sulfur contents in your water will cause silver to oxidize at a faster rate, requiring it to be cleaned more often.

Storing your sterling silver jewelry in the anti tarnish pouch provided or an airtight plastic jewelry bag, is a great way to keep it safe from the elements when not being worn.

Oxidation is normal in sterling silver and will present as a blackish color. This just means that your jewelry needs cleaning. It is best to clean your items regularly before this occurs to keep them looking their best, but a good clean will restore your pieces to a like new condition.

 

We recommend cleaning your jewelry at least monthly, but if you notice your finish becoming dull, this indicates the jewelry needs cleaning more often. Dry polishing clothes are great for in between cleans. 
 

Please be careful with dangle charms, as these charms can get caught on clothing and other items.
